  • 1 cup leftover khichdi
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup cup rice flour
  • 2-3 chopped green chili
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to make Khichdi Ka Pakora

Method

Step 1

In a bowl put 1 cup leftover khichdi, 1/2 cup besan, 1/2 cup cup rice flour, 2-3 chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon sesame seed and mash well.

Step 2

Now put salt to taste and mix well. Make small round balls of khichdi and press it with hand.

Step 3

Take a non-stick frying pan heat 1 cup of vegetable oil and fry till it become golden brown in color.

Step 4

Khichdi Ka Pakora is ready to serve with lunch or snacks with ketchup
