Fish Kosha is a slightly dry version of the normal fish curry with added flavors of spices. As this is a dry recipe, if you have it with rice you will either need daal or make the rice into pulao. The Fish Kosha Recipe is a great choice if you want a variation from the daily fish curry versions and want a change. This is not super-spicy at all and can be cooked as a daily preparation as well.
