Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- grated garlic (2 cloves)
- grated ginger (2 inch)
- pinch of ajwain
- few chopped coriander leaves
- 2-3 chopped green chili
- 4 teaspoon of sattu
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil
- 1 cup Atta
- Vegetable oil

How to prepare sattu ka paratha
1. In a bowl put 1 chopped onion, 2 clove of grated garlic, 2 inch of grated ginger, pinch of ajwain, few chopped coriander leaves, 2-3 chopped green chili, 4 teaspoon of sattu, 1teaspoon of mustard oil and little water, mix it well and keep the filling aside.
2. In another bowl put 1 cup Atta and add little by little water into it and make a soft dough, and with that dough make small size balls.
3. Put the filling (step 1) at the centre of the dough and close the ends tightly, roll it like chappati (Roti).
4. Take a tawa (shallow non-stick frying pan), heat it for 2 mins then put the paratha over the tawa, when one side of paratha turns brown turn it on other side. Put 1 teaspoon vegetable oil on the sides of paratha and fry till it become little brown.
