Ingredients
- 4-5 tablespoon of posto
- 12-15 pieces of bhindi
- 1 medium side chopped onion
- 2-3 chopped green chili
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt up to taste
- 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil

How to make Posto Bhindi
1. In a mixer grinder put 4-5 tablespoon of posto into grinder and blend it for 1 mins then it become smooth, do not add water into the posto.
2. When posto become smooth then add 1/2 cup of water and again to blend for 2 mins and keep aside.
3. Take 12-15 pieces of bhindi and cut it into two half and slightly cut the top and bottom, if the bhindi is two small do not cut it into half cut only it’s top and bottom and wash it properly.
4. Take a non-stick frying pan heat 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil and put pinch of whole cumin seeds, then put the bhindi into the pan and salt to taste fry till it become half tender. Now put 1 medium side chopped onion, 2-3 chopped green chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder into the pan and fry with bhindi till it become fully tender.
5.Put the posto mixture (step 2) into the pan (step 4) over the bhindi and onion with 1/4 cup of water and fry for 8- 10 mins. Add more water if posto catches at the bottom of pan.
Posto Bhindi is ready to serve hot with Paratha or Roti (Chapati). You can even serve this in lunch with rice and dal.
