Woww super delicious curry..
Hi Kanchan,
Easy and nice to make. Different too. I am sure Sudipta’s weight is increasing exponentially. May I request you to post a “easy to make” recipe for Shorshe Mach? Thanks!
Hmmm… don’t worry… I am still slim…
And for shorshe mach you can refer to this post: http://www.bestofkanchan.com/indian-recipes/fish-curry-with-mustard-seeds-shorse-bata/
This was prepared using tilapia in US but can be prepared using any fish… will try to upload the photo of this recipe using indian fish (like rohu).
-Sudipta.
Thanks Sudipta. I am going to try this out with rohu and may be also send Kanchan a photo!.
