Ingredients
- 1 mooli
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- Pinch of ajwain ( carom seeds)
- salt to taste
- Few chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 2 chopped green chili
- 2 cup of atta ( wheat flour)
- vegetable oil

How to make Mooli Ka Paratha
1. Take 1 mooli and at first peel it and then grate them into small pieces into a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida (Hing), pinch of ajwain (carom seeds), salt to taste, few chopped fresh coriander leaves, 2 chopped green chili and mix well.
2. In another bowl put 2 cup of atta (wheat flour), 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil and mix well. Add little by little water and make a soft dough.
3. Put the stuffing (step 1) at the center of the dough and close the ends tightly, roll it like chappati (Roti).
4. Take a tawa (flat frying pan with no edges), heat it for 2 mins then put the paratha over the tawa, when one side of paratha turns brown turn it on other side. Put 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil on the sides of paratha and fry till it become little brown. Make all the paratha in the same way one by one.
Mooli ka paratha is ready to serve hot with coriander chutney
