Ingredients to prepare Khichdi Ka Pakora
- 1 cup leftover khichdi
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1/2 cup cup rice flour
- 2-3 chopped green chili
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to make Khichdi Ka Pakora
1. In a bowl put 1 cup leftover khichdi, 1/2 cup besan, 1/2 cup cup rice flour, 2-3 chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon sesame seed and mash well.
2. Now put salt to taste and mix well. Make small round balls of khichdi and press it with hand.
3. Take a non-stick frying pan heat 1 cup of vegetable oil and fry till it become golden brown in color.
Khichdi Ka Pakora is ready to serve with lunch or snacks with ketchup
