Indian style Pasta is a great alternate variety of Pasta preparation in Indian style. This India style Pasta dish is a great (heavy) evening snacks item and if prepared in large quantities can also be served as dinner. The Indian style Pasta Recipe is ideal for those who likes the taste of Pasta but not the Italian sauce and prefers Indian spices over Italian variety. You can try this recipe anytime and also is a great choice for school/office lunch specially the multi-shaped ones.Ingredients
- 1 full packet pasta (200gm)
- 2-3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 medium size onion
- 2-3 pods of garlic
- 7-8 bean
- 2-3 green chili
- Little turmeric powder
- 1 big size chopped tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Tomato sauce
- Chili sauce

How to make Indian style Pasta
1. Take 1 full packet pasta (200gm), boil it in enough water till it becomes tender drain the excess water.
2. Take a non-stick frying pan heat 2-3 tablespoon of vegetable oil. chopped all the vegetables 2 medium size onion, 2-3 pods of garlic, 7-8 bean, 2-3 green chili in small pieces.
3. Fry all the above ingredients with salt to taste and little turmeric powder, close the lid of the pan and cook till it is fully done.
4. At last put the 1 big size chopped tomato and cook for 2 mins, then put the boiled pasta (step 1) into the pan with 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and mix well.
Indian Style Pasta is ready to serve hot wth tomato sauce and chili sauce (as per taste).
