Corn Fry is a unique dish that is very simple to prepare and taste really good as a snacks item in the evening. If you are a corn lover, this would become one of your favorite dish. The Corn fry Recipe does not involve lengthy list of ingredients, you just need the corn, ginger, garlic and chili… This is a great item if you need a variety in your daily evening snacks recipes. Try this with tea, coffee or even tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup loose corn (removed from the stem)
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • Finely chopped green chili
  • Pinch of whole cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil

Preparation Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 10 min
Serves: 2

How to make Corn Fry

1. Take a non-stick frying pan, heat 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil and put a pinch of whole cumin seeds and fry for 1 min.

2. Now add 1 inch grated ginger, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, finely chopped green chili and salt to taste, add little water and fry for 2 mins.

3. Then put 1 cup corn and fry for 5-6 mins in medium flame.

Corn fry is ready to serve hot with tea for evening snacks
