  • 2 bay leaves
  • Whole cumin seeds
  • 1 dry red chili
  • 1 chopped big size onion
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 cup of all purpose flour (Maida)
  • 2 teaspoon tomato puree
  • 1 potato
  • Yogurt
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

1.  Soak 1 cup of kabuli chana overnight, then boil the kabuli chana in a pressure cooker with 1 glass water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and wait for 5-6 whistle or until its fully cooked and keep aside.

2.Take 1 big size potato and cut it into 8 pieces, sprinkle with little salt and turmeric powder and keep aside for 10 mins.
