Chicken Fry is probably the simplest but tastiest chicken starter recipes. You can prepare this before any “mega” meal to really spice up the taste buds of your guests or family. This can also be served as non-veg snacks. The masala around the fried chicken is simply irresistible and you hardly notice before you have sweeped the  plate. The chicken fry recipe is not diffcult at all. Let’s jump right to it.



Ingredients

  • 12-15 pieces of boneless chicken
  • 1 teaspoon green chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon coriander powder,
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Onions
  • salt

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Preparation time : 10 mins
Serves: 2

How to make chicken fry

1. Take 12 -15 pieces of boneless chicken cut it into small pieces, wash them properly.

2. In a bowl put the chicken pieces and put 1 teaspoon green chili paste, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1.5 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt to taste over the chicken mix well. Marinade for 2 hours.

3. Take a non-stick kadhai heat 1 cup of vegetable oil and deep fry the marinaded chicken till it is fully cook and become golden brown. Drain into a bowl lined with paper tissue.

4. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Garnish with onions cut it into round shape, around the chicken fry. Chicken Fry is ready to serve with tomato sauce as appetizer. Prepare this plenty because you or your guests/family just can’t stop at one.
