Bread Dhokla is a unique snacks item that uses common ingredients such as bread and yogurt to create something which looks and tastes good at the same time. You can try this as an alternative to other common evening snacks item.
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2-3 green chili
- 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
- 1 inch grated ginger
- 4 bread slices
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- Grated coconut
- Chopped coriander

Preparation time : 5 mins

Steps
1. In a bowl put 1 cup yogurt, 2-3 green chili, 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder, 1 inch grated ginger, salt to taste and mix well.
2. Take 4 bread slices and remove the edges from the sides of the bread.
3. Put the mixture (step 1) and spread them all over the each bread slices, join the slices to form a sandwich.
4. Take a non- stick pan heat 1 teaspoon ghee and add pinch of mustard seeds, then after few mins put the sandwiches in the pan and fry on both sides.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
Bread Dhokla is ready to serve with corriander (or any other) chutney for evening snacks.
