Besan Ka Halwa is a mild sweet dish and very popular among the “halwa” lovers. This is as popular as it’s “sooji-only” version of halwa. This preparation is of course mildly sweet and does use a little “sooji” as well. It can be made drier (i.e. loose grains) or slightly like a paste per individual taste and likings. Nevertheless this item can be served any time when you need something heavier and stomach filling than normal snacks. The Besan Ka Halwa Recipe can be really great for dessert as well.
