Ingredients
- 1 medium size potato
- 5-6 parwal
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2-3 green chili split into half,
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2-3 tablespoon of vegetable oil

How to make aloo parwal masala
1. Take 1 medium size potato and 5-6 parwal peel off its skin and cut it both into not so thin long piece. Wash them in running water.
2. Take non-stick frying pan heat 2-3 tablespoon of vegetable oil and put the potato first and fry with salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder till it is half tender. Now put parwal into the pan and fry for few mins and add 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, 2-3 green chili split into half, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and little water. Fry till oil separates from masala and aloo parwal is fully cooked.
3. Add water occasionally if required.
Aloo Parwal Masala is ready to serve hot with Roti or paratha for dinner.
