1. While making methi paratha put yogurt, it will make the paratha softer.
2. For reducing excess quantity of salt in any dish put lime juice in it.
3. Soak the rice in coconut milk for preparing fried rice, it will become more tasty.
4. While cutting the onion, at first remove its shell and cut it into two half. Then soak in water for 10 mins, no more tears while chopping the onion.
5. To remove the shells of garlic easier, put it into the warm water.
